
If you want the texture to be even softer, take out and stir the ice cream every half hour.
You will need: 2 bananas, 150 ml coconut milk, 2 tbsp. chia seeds.
Preparation: Coarsely chop the peeled banana and freeze slightly. Grind it in a blender with coconut milk until smooth, and add chia seeds. Put the mass in a container and send it to the freezer.
