Chia seeds are good for more than just desserts, drinks, or baked goods. You can even make meatballs with them!
You will need: 200 g of buckwheat, 100 g of chia seeds, 300 g of champignons, 2 onions, 1 bunch of herbs, spices, sesame.
Preparation: Boil buckwheat until tender. Finely chop the onion with mushrooms and fry until the liquid evaporates. Send to buckwheat, and add chia seeds there. Beat everything with a blender, season and add chopped greens. Form small cutlets, roll in sesame seeds and fry on both sides.
