Such a casserole takes a little longer to cook than regular cottage cheese, but the result is worth it!
You will need: 300 g of cottage cheese, 250 g of pumpkin, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. starch, 80 g sugar, 1 tsp. zest, 1 pinch of salt, 2 tbsp. chia seeds, cinnamon, vanillin, 100 g 15% sour cream, 1 tbsp. powdered sugar.
Preparation: Thinly slice the pumpkin, bake until tender and mash into a puree. Beat it with a blender with cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, salt, zest and spices. Add starch and chia seeds, mix and leave the dough for half an hour.
Pour the dough into a mold and bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 170 degrees. Beat sour cream with powdered sugar until foamy and pour over the casserole. Send it to the oven for another 7 minutes.
