This smoothie is very good for the stomach.
You will need: 250 g mango pulp, 200 g peach pulp, 1 tsp. flax seeds.
Preparation: Grind flax seeds in a coffee grinder and pour them into a bowl for whisking. Add chopped peach, mango and turn on the blender for 7-10 seconds. Let the smoothie rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.
