We take for cooking cottage cheese (500%) with a fat content of up to 8%, an egg (1 piece), which can be replaced with just 2 yolks, honey and vanillin (to taste).

It is necessary to wipe the cottage cheese with a sieve twice. Thanks to this, the curd mass will be tender, light, lush. Put it in a deep bowl and add the egg (or yolks). There we will send honey to taste and vanillin if desired. Mix everything – the mixture should become homogeneous.

On a flat plate sprinkled with flour, lay out the dough. First, roll it into a ball, flatten it, roll it in flour and put it on a baking sheet. We do this with all the dough, forming our cheesecakes. Lay parchment paper on a baking sheet first. Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Baking time – half an hour.
