Ingredients
Kefir 100 ml.
Oat flour 4 tbsp
Egg 1 pc.
honey for decoration

Cooking process
Prepare the flour – sift it through a sieve. If there is no ready-made oatmeal, it can be ground from oatmeal.
Combine flour, kefir and egg and stir until smooth. Remove the ingredients from the cold in advance to warm up.
Fry the pancakes by spooning into a hot frying pan without oil. Flip to the other side when the bottom is browned.
Pour hot pancakes with honey and enjoy a healthy dish!
