Juiciness, aroma and rich taste will make you fall in love with this salad.
You will need: 200 g of salted salmon, avocado, 100 g of sweet pepper and cucumber, 30 g of red onion, 200 g of lettuce, 50-60 ml of soy sauce, 1 tbsp. l. Dijon mustard, sesame seeds, 1 tsp. honey and 0.5 – apple cider vinegar, a pinch of sugar and salt.
Preparation: Marinate the onion feathers in vinegar, sugar and salt, but for now cut the cucumber, pepper and avocado into strips. Tear the salad with your hands, chop the fish, fry the sesame seeds. Whisk soy sauce, mustard, honey with a fork (you can also add 1-2 tablespoons of sunflower oil). Mix everything in several stages, serve immediately after cooking so that the salad does not lose its freshness.
